Strix Cloud’s fee is calculated by adding the instance usage fees, data transfer fees, and instance management fees, and is billed on a monthly basis.
- The instance usage fee is based on the running hours of each server instance.
Instances cause charges hourly. The running hours include some overhead time for starting or stopping instances but do not include time when an instance is completely stopped.
- The data transfer fee is based on the amount of actual data transmission.
After totaling the amount of data transferred by all server instances regardless of the instance spec, up to 60GB will be free of charge every month, and data overage fees will be incurred for each 1GB exceeding that amount. In addition to the communication between clients, the amount of data transfer also includes, to a lesser extent, the communication for managing instances and the communication between a master server and room servers (if separate instances are used).
- The instance management fee is based on the number of server instances that are defined for clusters in Applications.
It is charged even if an instance is not running. Also, the instance management fee is charged on a monthly basis, and the amount of full one month will be incurred if the period of time an instance was defined is less than a month.
Please consult this page for the actual pricing plans.
(The instance usage fees are shown as provisional amount for the case when run 24 hours per day for one month.)
